Who We Are
Jennifer Dudones
Founder and President
Jennifer founded J Bella Interiors in 2006. She started the company from her home and has grown it into national design firm. In 2015, she started a sister company, Glamour & Woods, a high-end boutique event rental company. Both companies are now officed and staffed out of a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse/design studio and showroom facility in Phoenix AZ.
A Day in the Life
As lead designer and president for J Bella Interiors, Jennifer is involved with every step of the Design Process from beginning to end. She makes sure that her designers have a clear vision of each design and ensures that the vision is executed without flaw. Jennifer values all client relationships and strives to maintain impeccable customer service.
Education
Jennifer attended Endicott College in Beverly, MA and graduated from Plattsburgh State University in NY.
Fun Facts
She moved to Arizona after graduating from college. While the “Valley of the Sun” has become her home, her heart will always be on the lakes in the Adirondacks Mountains in NY where she grew up. She is a proud dog Mommy of 3 golden retrievers and loves her family and friends dearly.
Personal Style
She enjoys fashion, design, traveling, boating, skiing and all Winter Olympic Sports as Lake Placid NY, home of the 1980 Olympics, was and still is her playground. Jennifer is passionate about the art of entrepreneurship, politics, protecting human rights, our environment and making the world a better and more beautiful place for all!
Ashley Helm
Vice President & Senior Designer
A Day in the Life
As Vice President, Ashley plays a lead role in high-level organizational decisions, daily operations, and staff management decisions. Along with creating and adhering to budgets.
As Senior Designer, Ashley creates and oversees each design project, from conception to delivery. She is also responsible for producing high-quality project design deliverables while working on each phase of the design development including: predesign, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
Ashley stays in constant communications with both the client and construction team to make sure that all projects run smoothly.
Education
Ashley attended Collins College, graduating in 2009 & receiving her Bachelor of Science in Design
Fun Facts
Ashley loves outdoor activities, especially hiking, biking and boating. She was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, but has been living in Phoenix since 2005. She is a passionate and dedicated Green Bay Packer Fan, loves to travel and is a strong advocate for Human Rights and Planet Preservation.
Personal Style
Her personal style changes each day – but no matter what it is, she always stays up-to-date with the latest trends and fashion.
Favorite Part of Design
“Making the world a more beautiful place one Interior at a time. I love seeing my vision come to life and creating an environment for people to enjoy and be proud of. It’s one thing to draw up a design, but it means the world to see it come to life and have people living and working in our creations.”
Ryan
Finance Director
A Day in the Life
As Finance Director, Ryan is responsible for providing accurate execution of all finance related processes for J Bella and Glamour & Woods. By analyzing financial statements and trends, Ryan is able to consult with key stakeholders on business and financial actions that contribute to the company’s success. He also spearheads our Payroll & Treasury departments and ensures their compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education
Ryan attended Gateway Community College and Arizona State University
Fun Facts
Ryan loves to flip houses in his spare time. He also is a devoted member of the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona and is the proud Chairperson for the 2020 5k taking place this April. Ryan is passionate about traveling when he has time to do it.
Personal Style
Ryan considers himself to be a minimalist. He attributes his love for Mid-Century Modern Design to his affinity towards Frank Lloyd Wright's work.
